Please take a moment to review the following enhancements and changes in Space Age's new internet banking platform.
In the past, you have always had to have multiple login credentials for each account you have at Space Age – and have had to share those credentials with the joint account owner. This is no longer the case. Space Age is excited to introduce one of our most exciting new features – 360 Account View.
Internet banking credentials are no longer based on the member number, but rather based on each member’s social security number. That means that when you login to the upgraded internet banking platform, you will see ALL Space Age accounts that you are both primary and joint owners of. This will make performing your banking transactions easier and faster.
You asked, and we listened! You will now have access to all of Space Age’s internet banking features on both our desktop and mobile platforms.
The look and feel of Space Age’s upgraded internet banking platform has been completely revamped. Not only does the upgraded platform boost a new color scheme and fresh take on images, but the menu options and navigation are initiative and user friendly.
We are excited to announce a new business banking module! Complete with all the same great features as our upgraded member platform, the business banking module allows business owners to keep business and personal accounts separate – better protecting their financial privacy.
Because Space Age is simply moving to an updated internet banking platform and not a new provider, if you are the primary account holder on your Space Age account, your login credentials will stay the same. Just type in your username and password as you always have, and you will immediately be given access to all your Space Age accounts.
Please Note: You will be required to enter a one-time password, provided to you in a text, an email or automated phone call. Once verified, you will never have to retrieve the one-time password again if you confirm you are on a trusted device. Each time you log in to a computer or mobile device that you have not identified as being a trusted device, you will be required to retrieve and enter a one-time password.
Because of the new 360 Account View, it is highly recommended that each joint accountholder creates their own separate login credentials – even if you share all the same accounts as the primary accountholder. To create new login credentials, simply select the ‘Joint Accountholders – Register Here’ link on Space Age’s homepage. During the registration process, you will set-up your new internet banking credentials and verify your identity.
Please have the following information readily available the first time you visit Space Age’s upgraded internet banking platform to make registration as easy as possible.
Because the business banking component is a new addition to Space Age’s overall internet banking experience, all businesses will be required to re-register their account on or after October 19 on the new business-only registration page. Please have the following information accessible the first time you visit Space Age’s new internet banking platform to make re-registration as easy as possible.
Space Age’s existing mobile banking app, available for both iPhone and Android phones will work for the upgraded internet banking platform. You will however be required to update the app the first time you access it after the update. The app is titled Space Age Credit Union Mobile Banking.
